How about we make it a bit more fair for people?

Like...most famous actors earn an outrageous sum of money. How about making that income value less (like, maybe say they can earn up to 5 million in a year) which will level the playing field and get more people who truly deserve a nice paycheck for their hard work.

If we can do that to many other income levels, or the value we place on certain products (such as instead of making a rare valuable resource very pricey, reduce the cost), we can kinda shift around the money and see if that can make a positive effect on everyone?

Supply and demand isn't a construct of capitalism, it's a demand of the universe. We the people create demand for those celebrities and their alleged talents which are apparently so rare as to warrant exorbitant incomes.

At most you can only change the circumstances that create such demand for sports stars and Justin Beibers. Our ignorant populous left without quality education is the primary cause for this. Intelligent people vote with their wallets and have better taste, but they are a minority. Move the bell curve up and you change the levels of demand and the types of talent in demand.

Very true. I believe alot of things can be fixed simply, but is difficult because the people who will be losing out on money has made it and will make it difficult.

But how about, even with supply and demand, we can still change the value system and control what one makes within a year?

I know the people who upkeep a city deserves a better paycheck for cleaning up our mess. I know people who dedicate their life and energy for others deserve a better paycheck.

Our skewed value system is precisely at the ROOT of all our problems...

We claim that "In God We Trust" when in reality we worship Mammon.

Very nice reference. Mammon is believed to be the deity of material wealth. Also believed to have control of this world. This might be a reflection of the attitude that has control of this world.

Why want what your neighbor has when you see that it is not even your neighbor's, but the world's. It, in fact, can be seen as a responsibility, not an ownership.

I forget the name of the spiritual teacher who pointed out that it's an illusion to think that we can actually "possess" anything...

I don't "possess" the money in my Credit Union account, it's just a loan from God to do good in the world.
