I've been discussing an hour-coin system six months on this forum. A tiny minority of people<2% have understood. And no one has realized the equal pay system will actually lower prices as individual effort increases. Most people on this forum think an equal pay system will not reward hard work. This is false. Hard work will be rewarded by a decrease in pricing due to an increase in production. Hardwork and efficiency will be highly encouraged.
