AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

We the people of the United States affirm that in a modern society we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life (synonymous with health care, liberty (synonymous with freedom from random search, seizure and profiling) and pursuit of happiness (synonymous with the right to a job). These principles, health care, freedom and the right to work, were affirmed by the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and partially instituted in 1935 with the passage of the Social Security Act enabling our elderly to live in dignity and security. Since his death on April 12, 1945, under the monetary influence of corporations whose charters dictate profit above individual rights, the government of these United States has operated in total disregard of these unalienable rights. It is the duty, responsibility and mandate of the US Government including but not restricted to it’s politicians, judges, administrators and law enforcement to rectify this grievous

wrong thru it's constitutional legislative, executive and judicial powers and provide each and every individual in these United States health care, freedom from random search, seizure and profiling and last but not least, a job whether thru the private sector or in government service itself.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness
