So far a major criticism against Occupy is the fact that the protests offer NO viable solutions. Any solutions offered have been shot down easily by the corporations and Republicans.
Here is a solution which neither one can shoot down.
Any corporation accepting US bailouts should be required to hire Americans as phone and tech support. For example GM only uses Phillapinos for any account inquiries. They should be required to hire all Americans. In fact, in good faith all Corporations should hire all Americans for phone and tech support. The only one I know that hires all Americans for phone support is Apple.
AND --- with all the talk about Wall Street, I've yet to see a single person commit to selling all financial holdings -- and there are many protesting who do have investments.
This is the only way to REALLY impact Wall Street machinations -- and, also, Bank Transfer Day on November 5 -- close bank accounts and deposit funds in a credit union near you.
