YES! It is our right to gather in protest. No it is not right for the Federal government or state or city or local to stand in the way of peaceful protest. The Constitution Guarantees Us the right to protest, in fact it says that it is our duty as citizens to overthrow the government when the government stops serving "THE PEOPLE". Three cheers for Sgt. Shamar Thomas, somebody buy this man a drink, and then if he needs one get him a job (one that pays an actual living wage) and that goes for every man and woman who has served us in the fight against terrorism. Lets see an end to domestic terrorism as well.
