Forum Post: Here is the Solution!

What society needs is 3 seperate currencies.

Each currency to represent a specific class...

1 for the rich 1 for the middle class 1 for the poor

Each currency can operate only within it's associated class.

The currency issued for the poor and middle class can buy upward, but the currency issued for the rich can not buy downward and is positioned only to operate at it's level. In doing such, the lower two classes can accumulate wealth and reach the higher level but the higher level can not be brought down as it may only operate in it's class.

How would the rich buy labor from the poor?

How about we just go back to private currency. Much simpler and worked for hundreds of years.

Yes, this makes sense. A rich man can only own a rich man's house, work for a rich man, etc. The same would go for the middle class and poor? In doing so, a rich man can not buy an automobile manufactured by the poor or middle class etc...same for food, clothing and essentials.

We need competing currencies, local currencies - that are backed by either gold/silver or something else of inherent worth (e.g., a unit of labor).

Not surprised, I am sure if anyone of us were hanging out in nyc around stinky hippies for weeks on end, we would start thinking the same way.
