It's nice to see so many people full of themselves about a movement that is doing nothing. Right now there are those trying to figure out how to make money on this. I love the lobbydemocracy bullshit. Oh yea give me twenty dollars. Stop the nonsense and wakeup. The system is set up under a constitution drafted by brilliant men. Our country has the greatest form of government there is. It's just a little antiquated thats all. Take the money out of politics and things will change. So instead of Occupying Wall Street. Occupy your minds with ideas for getting rid of the lobbyists that are the parasites that created the problems on wall street and most of the other problems we have as well. The people do have the power. Its used at the voting booth. I suggest that Occupy Wall street sign a mangement contract with ringling bros. because it is nothing more than a circus.
It's supposed to be a spectacle. If you don't like it, go and change it. I just made my own anti-lobbyist corruption sign.
Reality...how do you propose to take the money out of the political system in the USA? Those who want to keep manipulating the political system claim it's their right to do so via the 1st amendment. At what point do we limit 1st amendment rights in order to clean up Washington? It's the same false argument as gun control...it's my right to shoot dozens of people, it's in the Constitution!
