I keep seeing a flyer about some halloween march, specifically this one (http://i53.tinypic.com/2u59jd0.jpg), that doesn't say anything about an actual march or rally but is asking everyone to wear "V for Vendetta" masks.
Is there a big march being planned for Monday, October 31st? When is the next big protest being planned worldwide?
No one knows?
