GUNS ARE the NEW GOD!

No matter how many of us they kill or maim daily, we still worship them.

We have to worship guns, they are our GOD, our New GOD.

No other right or hobby cannot be sanctioned or interrupted like our fanatical obsession with guns. Because they are our GOD!

Speech, privacy, property, justice, everything can be denied but NEVER guns, except at gun shops. You don't bring GOD to church.

Gun rights supersede Human rights, as Gods should.

People may be killed everyday by our God, but you can't question our God's wisdom or motives.

GUNS FOR ALL

Richard Martinez told the press: "Our son Chris Martinez and six others are dead. Our family has a message for every parent out there: You don't think it will happen to your child until it does."

After explaining how beloved his son was, and how hurtful his loss is for the family, Martinez took aim at those he believes should be held responsible for the mass shooting: Why did Chris die? Chris died because of craven, irresponsible politicians and the NRA. They talk about gun rights. What about Chris's right to live? When will this insanity stop? When will enough people say, "Stop this madness!" Too many have died. We should say to ourselves, "Not one more!"

Chris Martinez was one of seven people (including the perpetrator) killed in a series of shootings on Friday evening in Isla Vista, California. The suspect, Elliot Rodger, was found dead in his vehicle after a brief police chase.

How Right-Wing Loons and Pro-Gun Nuts Blame Everything But Guns for Mass Shootings Not to Rush Limbaugh, Mike Huckabee, Ted Nugent and pals: Mass stabbings are extremely rare.

April 7, 2014 |

When a mass shooting occurs, conservative media rush to blame mental health, video games, a lack of armed people present, and even liberal values -- anything but the fact that the shooter was able to get a gun. (MORE)

That's the biggest load of BS I've heard in a while. If you're trying to sell your anti-gun nonsense you should at least make some rational argument rather than some off the wall BS.

Moratorium on guns until we figure this massive national homicide out!!!

The nation, still reeling from last Friday’s rampage in Isla Vista, Calif., is now confronted by the same questions that arise after each mass shooting: How did a future killer go undetected? How could someone so disturbed have been allowed to legally purchase firearms? Why does this keep happening? How can we prevent it from happening again?

On cue, analysis and opinion pours in from all sides. Read more… Gun Report May 27 4:02 pm 289

When an unstable nut job goes on a killing spree you blame the tool. Isn't that sorta like blaming a spoon for making you fat? I'll bet you would like to ban all guns, then the door to door property confiscation can proceed unfettered by fear of resistance. I believe that I now have an accurate view of the Occupy movement.

"homicidal hobby" is an ignorant thing to say, you cannot compare criminals (who usually use illegally obtained firearms) and mass shooters (who have all been mentally sick) to the normal law abiding gun owner community.

[-] -1 points by Narley (272) 10 years ago

Please explain how registering my guns or confiscating my guns, or limiting magazine capacity or outlawing semi-auto rifles will prevent criminals and crazy people from shooting others. Tell you what, you get all the illegal guns from gangs, criminals and loose cannons then we’ll take about me registering my guns if there’s still a problem. As long a s the bad guys have guns I’m not giving up mine.

How Australia And Other Developed Nations Have Put A Stop To Gun Violence

Jan. 15, 2013, Walter Hickey

The debate over gun control in the United States doesn't take place in a vacuum.

Other countries all over the world play the same video games and have the same mental health problems as the United States, but manage to avoid a sky-high gun murder rate and frequent public shooting massacres.

The differences are due, in part, to the way that the different countries regulate gun ownership.

Here's how several other prosperous nations deal with the issue:
