Christmas is almost up on us and it is supposed to by a joy us time of year for your family and children. But it’s not going to be this year for this family.

Why you may ask your self

And they will end up with know where to live.

Due to the action of the bankster’s . And as you will see when you read on, this is not the family’s own doing. But yet no one will help them.

We paid our mortgage faithfully every month until they would no longer accept payment from us because they wanted 3 thousand dollars all at once, which we did not have. My husband asked them if they would add it to the end of the mortgage payment as a balloon payment and they refused point blank. In November of 2010 they refused payment from us over the phone, they told us that if we did not give them 3 thousand dollars they would foreclose on us. My husband asked them many times if they were refusing payment and they said yes. Since then we have not been able to make any payments towards our mortgage, and they have foreclosed on our home knowing that the issue they brought to us to solve was not ours to solve, but was an underwriting error We called Fred Upton's office and Matt Lowery who are the State reps and they informed us our mortgage was a fraudulent mortgage and was forwarded to the Attorney General's office to add to the other mortgages that were also fraudulent because apparently this is a very big problem right now. They also told us we have a legal case. We have tried to find lawyers to take this on but as I said before we have had no luck in finding someone yet that will go up against a bank. One attorney stated the banks have endless money to throw into this case and we do not. We do feel as if we have been cheated and it has been very very hard for us to go through as a family not knowing where we will be in 3 months or even 3 weeks. They have not even told us when they expect us out and we are totally heart broken that we are losing our home after only 3 years of living here.
