That's only in the U.S. and Europe. When will all of the fraudsters who caused the Great Recession be charged with their obvious and easily proven CRIMES? When will even ONE be charged? They are very easy to find, start with the known fraud zones known as the big banks ! Bush and his cronies took the eyes off the ball on the housing mortgage market while obsessing on the Iraq War. They have blood on their hands...not just the brave troops & others who perished in the unnecessary war, but also the 10,000 suicides.
