This whole article really puts into context what's happening with this movement. Gen Y, the millennial generation is perfectly poised to completely change the landscape.
PS - This doesn't mean people of all ages shouldn't be involved or that they won't add weight and muscle to the movement. Just means the millenials will be leading the way.
