Google and Facebook have been known to support various do good causes.

Are there any Google / Facebook employees in the crowd?

How can we get the companies involved?

I believe they can surely help us spread the word.

Comment or Post if you agree or are employees, let's get their attention.

That is how corporations sucks us. Facebook hits have gone high because of OWS. Facebook will be getting more advertising money. We rely too much on corporations. Even unions who are with us and opposing rely on corporation. They are here because of corporations. It is complicated.

lighten up yall. nothing wrong with responsible corporations, the key being responsible. you need to ask yourself if a company paying a 40 hour per week employee less than it takes to pay their way, taxes, and healthcare for them and one child, is the equivalent of pushing the corporations responsibility onto the government and society. this is the question many fail to articulate. hope it helps.

We are against corporatiion supporting us. That is what I am fighting for. We are supporting Facebook as we are using it and they are making money, that is one thing sure we cannot avoid corporations totally. We have to walk on edge

It's a funny balance. People who are too lazy to try often point at people who are trying and say "You're not perfect. you're compromising. You're a hypocrite." But nobody can be perfect in the achievement of their goals. The ideal is to consistently do the best you can and encourage others to do the same. Over time, the scope of 'the best you can' should increase, widening its impact.

It just shows how naive this group is. The poster has been bashing and calling for the end of Corps. Now he thinks two huge Corps are going to want to help him. You kids have zero clue how the real world works.

hey happybanker,

I never said "end of Corps." ... find the quote.

Businesses aren't evil, I just think it should stay out of Government!

Money isn't bad, but it shouldn't be all and end all...

Life is more about money, can we separate money from Education, HealthCare and our Government?

Corporations are meant to make money, hence I don't want them to run our Government...
