We are in debt, Its no ones fault but our own. I don't expect anyone to pay the bills off but us. As you OWS and other places, the common theme is hard to understand except that you want things for free. For those of us watching and shaking our heads we are thinking: Stop making excuses for yourselves. Find a real job. Stop blaming people who are more successful then you are. Stop waiting for a handout. It really is up to you to decide your future. Have a goal and a plan and follow it. There will be setbacks. There always is. Go home, fill out applications and thank God you are in the greatest country that ever was and pray we can keep it that way.

If I write a check, its my responsibility to know that it has sufficient funds.

But how will you feel if your neighbor took one of your checks and write it to its name? Should you be paying for the check? Is it you fault that your neighbor is a crook?

How about if you got an employee responsible for your accounts do this? How about if he says that he do not have to give you the information when you confront it? Is it your fault?

This is what the FED does every day and people like you think that is the fault of the people

No, we do not want things for free, we want things to be cheaper that SHOULD be that are not, for instance, WHY, in a First World country, do we spend more on medicine than anyone else? We obviously aren't trying to make it cheaper... are we... see: college are another example

Stop making excuses for yourselves. Find a real job. Stop blaming people who are more successful then you are. Stop waiting for a handout. It really is up to you to decide your future. Have a goal and a plan and follow it.

I have a real job, I work for Apple Inc, PROUDLY. We aren't trying to TAKE from you... we want this country to invest in itself, yes, make things more affordable, make this EASIER TO ACHIEVE, in the first world, how long should a young man work at fast food before going to college? How much money should he BE FORCED to put himself into debt for? For how long? It would strain credulity for you, in all seriousness, to say that you were for ANY of these things, at ANY given time, for ANY amount of time.

Go home, fill out applications and thank God you are in the greatest country that ever was and pray we can keep it that way.

Those of my friends that are unemployed do. Every day. A friend of mine put in over, I kid you not, a 1000 applications in our city, only to finally come to a minimum wage job.

Here is my opinion of The OWS Deal, I feel that it has become UNAVOIDABLE that we FUNDAMENTALLY reflect on our national ethics and values, not to uproot them in the room for anarchy and socialism, but to improve and amend the ideas and principles of Liberty and Freedom in the 21st century to which we KNOW... KNOW!! are the things that our Founders would have wanted us to do, it is the FUNDAMENTAL right of the people to question and improve itself, for the sake of itself....

Needless to say, I am VERY excited to see what becomes of this... I do hope it can be something that we can all agree on.. and finally bridge the void between us..

Please don't stereotype me. I don't stereotype you.

I don't want a handout. From anyone.

I want a government that represents me, not the corporately funded two party sham we currently have.

we are in debt. its the systemic fault for being a debt based system. we don't want anything for free, we want an ethical system. you are lying, spinning, and distorting as you troll. stop spinning the blame. corporate oligarchy is at fault. stop trying to blame us when its what is evil and rotten. stop making excuses for it. and find a real job yourself- something which is not toxic to the ecology or parasitic on society at large. There is no point in looking for a job in an evil economic system; it is pointless to participate in a system which is so evil and rigged. until the system is changed, we are certainly not going to waste our time following the advice of evil trolls liar spin doctors.

the USA is hardly the greatest country there ever was, several other countries are now well ahead of us by any of dozens of different criteria.

we ain't going to pray to keep it as it is when its evil and broken.

stop trolling ,stop lying, stop spinning, grow up, wake up, and get real, pay attention to what we are REALLY talking about and stop using standard pathetic far right talking points and ad homs like they mean anything other than you are ignorant and too lazy to come up with your own ad homs.

According to a 2008 article by David Rothkopf, the world’s 1,100 richest people have almost twice the assets of the poorest 2.5 billion (Rothkopf, 2008). Aside from the obvious problem – that this global elite has their hands in everything from politics to financial institutions – …

To the extent that we, the people, are removed from control over our lands, marketplaces, central banks, and media we are no longer empowered. In practice, those few who do control the land, central bank, media and "free market" are the real rulers of our corrupt and declining "democracy."

Due to propaganda from a corporate-owned and edited media we are kept from knowing, much less debating, the nature of our system. Due to a central bank owned by bankers, media owned by a few global concerns, and trade regime controlled by global corporations (i.e., one designed to remove the people from control over their markets and environments) the vast majority have become little more than latter-day serfs and neo-slaves upon a corporate latifundia.

To restore a semblance of effective democracy and true freedom Americans, and people around the world, need to re-educate themselves as to the true nature of their political and economic systems. Toward this end, OligarchyUSA.com is dedicated to providing old and new information, books, links, reform ideas and debates not easily found or accessed today in establishment media.

OligarchyUSA.com is but one more site and sign of the times as ground-up counter-revolutions arise around the world... all in response to a forced and freedomless globalization courtesy of a ruling global elite perfecting their top-down plutocracy and revolutions of the rich against the poor. In short, democracy is no longer effective today. For this reason, it is toward a restoration of truly effective and representative democracies, and natural freedom, that this site is dedicated.

Common sense in this country is no longer common.

If people did have common sense, they wouldn't spend $80,000 on a college degree in "Lesbian Studies" and expect to find a decent paying job when they graduate.

They would pursue a degree in a skill that is marketable. But, that seems too much to ask of the spoiled, entitlement generation.
