Forum Post: "Goals" vs "Demands"

I like very much the working group's use of the phrase "redress of grievances", taken directly from the Constitution. This does not have the somewhat harsh and uncompromising feeling of the term "demands". In the spirit of democracy, it seems to me the term "goals" is a sensible alternative to "demands".
