Glenn Greenwald hits it out of the park yet again with his latest blog:
"The Fox/NYT nexus on OWS"
The local NYC Fox affiliate generates the lies and the NYT perpetuates them.
Bombshell quote:
"Fox anchor Greg Kelly — the son of NYPD Commission Raymond Kelly — saying things such as: “This is a big deal . . . .So far, they’ve focused their ire at the wealthy and those who support them, but when they start to shut down the commuting system for folks who are on their way to work, that’s something else.” Except, as Stelter documents, the whole thing was a fabrication from the start: while OWS announced their intention to “shut down” Wall Street, they intended merely to “occupy” the subway system by “handing out fliers.”

So NYPD Comissioner Ray Kelly's son - the Fox Five news anchor - has a media platform which he uses to cook up negative PR to turn the public against OWS by telling them how OWS wants them to miss work, etc.
How cozy.

Yeah, the New York Times is sooooooo rightwing, always in bed with Fox News. No wonder Chris Hedges worked for them for years.
They also publish columns by Ross Douthat and David Brooks.
That is neither here nor there, this is merely an observation about how they've been covering Occupy Wall St.
