Hi all, Much respect from a U.S. citizen in Canada.

I wrote a paper about a proposed solution. Instead of banning lobbyist/corporate/political donations and restricting a potential revenue stream, why not lift restrictions with the caveat that the money be used to benefit local communities and economies? Do what the title says by requiring 1 or both houses of Congress to conduct normal operations in rotating geographic locations hit hard by the Great Recession for 1 month each. For instance, have the 2012 Fall session of the Senate originate from Las Vegas, New Orleans, etc. This would create demand for a variety of services in each local economy and corporations would be forced to hire more people and create more jobs.
