This new site offers a list of wealthy bankers. While it doesn't reveal their contact information, it does give you a form where you can enter a message, and the site promises that it will be delivered.
All messages people send get displayed on the site, so you can browse messages others have sent for inspiration (or for fun). It also offers tips for those who want to get even more proactive, on how one might go about meeting them in person or doing other crazy things. Check this out.
Why not send the wealthy movie stars, singers, athletes the same???? Why bankers? What about automobile executives? Why not protest Solyndra? Why not protest Obama?

Automobile executive and Obama? Feel free to protest them with my blessing. This particular site is about bankers.
Because artists and athletes aren't generally the 1%. There's a big difference between a million and a billion. The billion is generally had by those who exploit the public's basic needs. Someone who got rich by being beloved and selling movie tickets is more than a bit different.
Besides which, I'd be willing to bet a million that the artists are or will be behind this movement.
Actually billionaires compose about 0.001%
So maybe you should change your signs. Anyone with over $1 million in net worth is considered the 1% as far as wealth goes
That would be a much larger percentage. We can argue over a number, but the fact is that bankers have more of a hand in creating the problem than any average upper-classmen.

Why don't we protest all of those things?
To be perfectly honest, I'm actual much more concerned about the abysmal state of our media and "entertainment" industry. Such things are far more corrupting to the soul than bank bailouts.
Still, lets just protest all of that stuff.
Uh...um...well.....that would mean we would be attacking the rich liberals, and since we are actually a partisan movement (even though we say we aren't) we won't be attacking them. Just rich people who are conservatives
I don't see anyone protesting Obama, George Soros, celebrities, Solyndra, etc.
