Hello I am from OCCUPY TIJUANA and would like to know if there is a written document that explains, step-by-step the GENERAL STRUCTURE of the GENERAL ASSEMBLY and decision making process in order for us at OCCUPY TIJUANA to adopt the same model, or build from it. THANKS

Download the PDF. Its pretty short but it will give you a basic idea.
