Would you consider this current state of affairs more towards the free market end of things, or more towards a centrally planned economy?
Rating on a scale of 1 being free and 10 being centrally planned, where would you put the current USA?

Do you count central planning by Wall St banks' and billionaires' old boys clubs? The neglected differentiation makes your question ambiguous as stated. Clearly state your rhetorical intentions!
Perception is many times reality. Do you count them? If so/not, please explain.
