Couple comments:

1). Eudaimonic is not a good word. Almost no one knows what it means. Clear language is always better.

2). I don't see how it's possible to be free from "information pollution" without violating free-speech rights. Fox News should be allowed to operate, but it would be hoped that there would be enough independent media and our education system would be good enough such that not many people found Fox News' lies convincing.

I think FDR's version is a little better, but some of the other ideas you list aren't bad, although some of them like "not being taxed by the private sector" are very vague and I don't know what is meant by them.

The internet itself is the ultimate 'information pollution'.

The term itself implies some kind of gatekeeper. Well, the internet has smashed the gates and let the truth out. It is altering the course of history before your very eyes. Let the information be free. The truth will stand or fall on its own merits.
