Forum Post: Focus on the positive

1. Failing infrastructure: The lower and middle classes MIGHT use a bridge or a freeway once in a lifetime on their way to a vacation they can no longer afford to take. Corporate America uses these every day to add to their wealth. Why should we pay to fix them if they won't chip in?

2. Wars: The Republicans started 2, and refused to pay for either, and did a terrible job of running them. The lower and middle classes are paying for these with tax dollars and the lives of 6000 of their children. Estimated FRAUD in Iraq was at $30 billion. If we had just TAXED the fraud at 10%, it would've paid for a few government programs that benefit ALL Americans, or would have paid for the medical care the returning veterans needed.

3. When the Democrats gain control of congrees when there's a Republican President, they attempt to do what's right for the country. When the Republicans gain control of Congress and the President is a democrat, their stated mission is to get the President to fail, whatever the consequences for America. It reminds me of communist Russia. It's not about the country, it's about the party.
