I don't know if anyone remembers this but it was a good story at a time when many were losing their homes.
A Florida couple who had bought their home with cash started receiving foreclosure notices from B of A.
The Bank kept hassling them so they sued for harassment or something.
The judge gave them a settlement but the bank refused to pay.
So they got the local sheriff to foreclose on a local branch of Bank of America and took all of the furniture and stuff from the Bank office.
Great story
David v. Goliath
Yes I heard this story. It was their retirement home. They had renters in the house. The renters recieved the notice and informed the couple. I am so glad that this couple fought back. Shut down all those BOA banks.
Haha it was such a good story!!
