Fight for #1. Keep your Faith in America. Focus on the Greed of a few CEO's. Continue to be Civil, Sanitary, and Orderly. Do Not Let Violence Hijack the Movement. America is gathering around you. Remember, This Is Not About Party- It Is About Uniting Americans Around Good Things. Be Polite to those that disagree with you.

Fight for #2. Target Barney Frank for DEFEAT in the next Election. He is in the middle of the Home Mortgage Crisis and protected bad banks. Presently, he is meddling in other national financial affairs.

Fight for #3. Stop Subsidizing CEO's. FICA all CEO earnings. CEO compensation is NOT a Valid Business Expense- Owners and Shareholders should pay for it and their Golden Parachutes (out of the Dividends).

Fight for #4. Protect IRA From Wall Street. Speculation destroys Stability. Control the Gamblers: Tax 30%(collected at time of sale for everyone) on Short Term Capital Gains(less than 2 years). No more Deducting Short Term Losses on your taxes. Insurance Fee of 0.1% on ALL High-Volume Financial Transactions (Buy, Sell, Short, etc.) to go into 'the Next Bailout Fund for Too Big to Fail Corps'.

Fight for #5. Pass a Balanced Budget Amendment. Tell Congress to Do It Now and Send it to the States. Couple this to a Pay Down the National Debt Tax of 11% on 'S' Corp's and Partnership's gross profits before distribution.

Fight for #6...No New Taxes- UNDO Tax Shelters. In 2009- ZERO Income Taxes from 4 Million with $200,000+ Incomes (Because of Congress). Cut-In-Half ALL Tax Breaks: Caps, Foreign Income, Interest, Dividends Capital Gains (1% own 50% Stocks & Bonds), Municipal Bond Income, FICA, Itemized Deductions. Tax Breaks Only for New US Jobs generating IRS collections greater than the Tax Break. Tell Congress Super Committee to 'Make Things Right'.

Fight for #7. Resolve Congress Deadlock on New JOBS- Here is a New Game Plan. Divide the New Jobs Money In-Half to R & D. Let each Party Prove they can create the most new jobs. The Media and CBO keeps score for the next 6 months. We the PEOPLE mark a 'Check-Off' on our IRS-1040 for 2012 on which Jobs Act We want to CANCEL on April 15th, 2012.

Fight for #8. Govt Employees- Feel Our Pain. ALL Govt Salarys go on a 4-day work-week with 20% Cut in Pay UNTIL the Budget is Balanced. They need to do a better job of Reducing non-essential Spending and Find New Jobs for the rest of US. Tell Freshwo/men Congressionals to PUSH.

Fight for #9. There are Not Enough Jobs To Go Around. There are 11 Million fewer Jobs than in 2007. Govt can help by Removing People From the Job Pool. Make an EARLY RETIREMENT Offer to those with W-2 Jobs(can never go back to a W2 job) AND over age 55, AND good only for the Next 6 Months. Give them an IRA filled with govt T-Bills (cash only 1/10 per year- $30,000). Their corp must hire 2 people resulting in an increase in total US Employees. Give the Corp a 2-year Payroll all Taxes Holiday after the 3rd month of hiring. The FICA and Income Taxes on the 2 new-hires and removal from Unemployment/Welfare and Food Stamp Payments will partially balance the Early Retirement. The priority is to get younger workers into a Career now instead of trapped in Welfare. Upward mobility within the corp will probably result. Some of the Retirees may Start a new Small Business and Buy Goods and Services and Hire some Employees to Export a Product.

Fight for #10. 40% Pay Zero Income Taxes. Get the WORD out: 6% Pay 60% of IRS Collections. If tax breaks are reduced and everyone earning $50,000+ paid at least 15% Income Tax, there would be $1,000 Billion more per year to balance the budget and pay for New Jobs Programs. Corps like GE and Not-For-Profit s need to be dealt with. Tell Congress Super Committee: 'Everyone has to pay at least $100- tighten the belt one-more-notch'.

Fight for #11. Resolve Congress Budget Deadlock. Let Each House District Pay for what its Representative Votes For. The Democrat National Plan is voted on. The Republican National Plan is voted on. Each Plan must get a majority, including 5% of the other party. The Plan Costs are levied across the Districts that voted for it.

Fight for #12. US Attorney filed suit in Sept against 17 Banks that killed the Home Mortgage Economy. Tell the State Attorney Generals to Negotiate HARD with Banks trying to get IMMUNITY.
