Many real estate brokers will finance poor people to only reposess later, knowing they will, and after the initial buyers had to pay for utility hook up and lot clearing, only for the real estate company to resell at a higher price.

They advertise as "quiet country living with wildlife" only to log the land after people bought it for how it was promoterd, and develop into huge glorified trailer parks. Paul powers of powers real estate development seems to be no different.

Occupy this assholes office and forest killing sites. One in particular in chunchula al on hwy 45. Turn left at old citronelle highway, then another sharp left on service lane behind guard rails, then drive all the way down, and you will see the tree killing, deer displacement crew. Thank you.
