This is experimental elections in "Congress". To nominate a person just mention the person's nickname (used on this website) anywhere in a reply or a comment on this page, putting it in square brackets like this: [malikov]
The names will be collected and used in a voting system that will be set up later, based on these results. One can nominate any number of other people or oneself. Nominating someone more than once will not make a difference.
