Makes me wonder; Spain and England were the champions at invading, looting, colonising, polluting, and sharing diseases with other nations. Both nations are now broke and dependent on welfare.
Karma has a funny way of catching up with people.
If karma were to bite us in the 4$$ we would be fked. We are the present day champions at invading, colonizing, polluting and looting.
Don't you mean "spreading democracy" ??
Despite the fact that both sides of your political spectrum are owned by corporations?
Globalisation was the key move by megacorps in their goal of sharing the conjured debt of some nations, to those all over the globe.
Little over a year ago, Spain had a five year supply of unsold homes and 22% unemployment. I earnestly doubt much has improved.
From the link:
In Spain, joblessness has soared to 23 percent, and among young people, it’s nearly 50 percent.
