Hey all,
I would ask you to look at some of the concepts here and just have a little think what we as a species could do without the need for money.

Peace and love is the only way to fight greed and power.
Yes money is the problem . . . too bad more ppl don't realize that. http://666ismoney.com/MoneyQuotes.html
They've done this on Star Trek a million times. And then we always come back to it, they wouldn't be able to do anything without money. Why would someone choose to spend their life welding in space if there weren't money?
Sounds great...see my post "in order to form a more perfect union"!
Bottom line is that we farm for our food and defend our land ourselves or as county's or we work for money to buy the food. No money means no video games, movies, tv's, af jeans or nike shoes or ipads and iphones. Is that what you really want?
With people working for the better good there is no need for money, if I as a human had my living needs available through cities like the ones in the link above, i would spend my time helping where i can without worring about paying bills!
And in a world where people helped each other there would not be poverty at all.
At the end of the day no matter what peice of land you are from you are still human! Money makes the devide as does religion (not that there is an issue with faith, just the manipulation to have control as with most current religions)
a world full of helpful people is always a good thing.
nobody seems to want to help me clear the junk in my bedroom.
You are right there are very few people who are just out to help someone, without the need for something in return. I try to as often as possible and I find people have become alien to it and therefore untrusting (probably as a result of the constant bull the governments feed them).
The issue is bigger than one person/government let alone your room, I would help you but im in the UK. Sorry.
