Forum Post: Economics Is a Moral Issue

Fifteen members of the New York Society for Ethical Culture (NYSEC) joined the march on October 5. Since September 17, individual members have participated in protests on Wall Street and general assemblies at Libery Plaza. As a religion of ethics, founded in NYC in 1876, Ethical Culture supports the goals of bringing awareness to the profound economic disparity in the U.S. and to take actions to "comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable."
