The way things are going, learning Chinese might not be such a bad idea. For all of his personal shortcomings, Donald Trump was right about one thing. China is our enemy and the big showdown will be with China. When that time comes, the US will be unable to supply its troops with the most basic necessities because our manufacturing and service capabilities will be non-existent. Lacking the conventional means to engage, strategic measures will be considered as a matter of survival. When the last attempts at diplomacy are shattered by the explosion of hydrogen bombs, the netgeners will all be on twitter and facebook.

Bla Bla Bla ... preparing for an other war so they can suck all of us dry? Why don't you leave the Chinese alone ... and since we are on the subject of being left alone ... you can tell the Donald to go where the sun doesn't shine if it means he leaves us alone with his half witted bit of false wisdom
Uninformed and unintelligent reply. The Chinese are the greatest mass murderers this planet has ever produced. We are already at war with China, it just hasn't taken the form of bullets and bombs...yet.
Warmonger!
there are a lot of mass murderers on this planet ... one of them is in the presidential race ... governor from Texas Perry.
the "war" is not with the chinese people, it is with corporatism which is dictating the rules of trade!
The Chinese are taking advantage of the greed of multi national corporations.
Or why do you think it is, that the corporate tax code allows you to deduct "investments" by american Corps in China?
I never declared, "Let's invade China." I see the historical conditions that have always led to war and know what even "enlightened" people are capable of when their backs are against the wall.
I assume that your comment about Gov. Perry was rhetorical, unless you have some evidence to prove otherwise. Mao, on the other hand, murdered between 55 and 60 million of his own people.
Greed is not characteristic of any particular group or philosophy and the Chinese are not immune. Chinese politicians are living like kings off of the American economy (yes, US corporations share the blame) and as their wealth increases their sense of power and entitlement increases just as in any market environment. The Chinese people are the real victims of their leaders' excesses. Advancement in the Chinese system is not determined by merit, but is controlled by nepotism. If your father or uncle is an important bureaucrat, you'll get a good job. If you are a poor peasant, you are more likely to end in a military hospital where your body parts will be harvested for the black markets across Asia and Europe.
Have a nice day!
I don't think he's advocating war.http://economyincrisis.org/content/china-earns-wto-director-general
