Ok, before anybody starts in on me, I am a newcomer to the movement. Im not the most politically active person in the world, as a matter of fact I hardly follow it at all. The reason I dont follow it is because I feel the same way many of you do, all politicans and wall street guys are greedy, power hungry, heartless "S.O.B.'s". When I became of age to vote I followed the election, listened to campaigns, listen to promise after promise only to get the same result, just different colored tie. I havent voted since. As I am reading up on this movement I am becoming more and more fascinated. I believe in the movement and support it. I live an a somewhat small city in Arkansas where I dont have much impact but send my support. The question I want to ask is what is the plan, I see thousands protesting and saying all kinds of great things but then they go home, check their bank account, watch their japanese televison, eat their imported good and go to bed. What impact is it making to protest if your not going to take action. Before I get called a hypocrit, I am guilty of it as well only because I see no alternative. What can be done? I feel like their should be a way of taking all these supporters and issuing a plan to hurt the wallets of these wall street guys. I seen something about 50,000 plus people protesting? If 50,000 people performed the same action against the problem, an impact would be monsterous. I know there are more than 50,000 people, thats just a number I saw at one location. If I am totally way off base and completley idiotic to the situation feel free to enlighten me because I want to be involved.
