Have you read the 99% Declaration? The National General Assembly announcement would fill the void that empty parks left. I've had mostly very positive feedback when discussing it and I think it isn't mutually exclusive with the Article V idea.
There is no draft of the petition. Just five pages, five names, no substance.
Looks like another attempt at co-opting the general angst felt in America . . .
