Let me start: I would not cover joint replacement in anyone over 40 years old. I wouldnt cover heary bypass surgery. I would cover well baby care, and many childhood diseases. I wouldnt cover cystic fibrosis. I would cover anything related to obesity. No mental health coverage. Vaccinations covered. No experimental therapies or drugs.

What about conditions that come about as a result of behaviors with increased risk? Smoking, alcohol, riding a bicycle without a helmet, etc?

nothing for smoking, no drug or alcohol treatment.

Hmmm....eugenics? "useless eaters"? What you say you want has all been said (and tried) before.

edit: no coverage for obesity.

Yes, we must be punitive. Should we let conservatives have health care at all since they are against it?

No they could buy a policy to piggy back off basic coverage.

Part of socialism is personal responsibilty.
