Forum Post: Decline of USA is a Historically Inevetible Event - You Are Now Experiencing Economic Decline

Empires rise and fall, it's a historic fact. As we enter into a state of decline China rises to take our place. Ironically we took over China's empire status when their Qing Dynasty declined in the late 1800s.

Why do we blame Obama, Bush, Wall Street for all this? They aren't able to prevent a nation 3 times our size from becoming more powerful than us. They aren't able to keep factories in the USA from moving to China even if they tried. Then later it will be China who takes over Wall Street as their GDP passes ours and they have more investment power.

You should be angry at history rather than Wall Street, Bush, Obama or whoever!

Just because there is a historical precedent doesn't make it inevitable.

If we learn the lesson of history's follies, then we can correct them.

I wish I could find a video I watched years ago - It's about a powerful nation..."largest naval fleet"..."vast empire..."..."biggest economy..." etc., etc. and while watching you think of course they're describing the USA and in the end they reveal it's Great Britain at the end of the 19th century. And then it goes on to show how far they've fallen since then.

As a few point out, we have to embrace our place in the world economy and in world politics, rather than trying to go back in time to the way it used to be.
