Forum Post: Dear America Beware of Your Ideals

F O C U S, there is no system of governance that can take it from the people and expect to survive is there? Let me clarify what I mean by system of governance in my own general terms. A system of governance is a method of organizing the acts of people to serve an agenda. For a long time there has been a system that has taken the peoples focus away from becoming the best they can be to making them focus on a system that necessitates humanity being interpreted into units of data. Information to be crunched into a corrupt metabolisms only to be defecated into policies that are made in order for that same interest of consuming peoples focus to be realized. These interests come to the people in the form of ideals that provoke hearts and "educate" minds. What a nation is left with is a divided population whose reactions are reflexive. A nation of a bunch of jerks proposing that nobody else “gets it” and the others are "the new Hitler". As cliché as it sounds, it’s a nation of chaos filled with animals at each others throats all running around like baby Hitler’s without the maturity to recognize the value the other voices have, the validity of another persons point of view. As if the nation must be nothing if not capitalist or nothing if not socialist etc.

SO WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR FOCUS? Nobody cares as long as they are getting gratified by what is happening. We are greedy for one another's sensory inputs so much that we have fallen in love with our enlightenment at the cost of all others. But that pseudo enlightenment must be stopped dead in its tracks. Malcolm X said it must be done “by any means necessary” and what is necessary is TRUE enlightenment.

Enlightenment requires LIGHT not ambiguous rhetoric, passionate pride pumping through our veins, self aggrandizing opinions, and self serving judgments. When there is Light, we can see and when we can see, we can know and when we know, we can understand and when we understand we can act and our actions will be focused on what is in the Light. That is not so called enlightenment at the cost of a mind maintaining intelligible thoughts. That is not a thinly spread ideal.

The Occupy Wall-Street movement remains a human endeavor, not a flag waving self assured, self placating movement encapsulated in its own colors. And I for one will not stand against humanity or call to the suicide of doing so.

We the people can take pride in our country, where our rights to participate in an evolving government are protected and our intelligence is neither relegated nor wasted. To do so we must do so as humans not as the personally concocted -we the people (but not you)! (And by “not you” I don’t mean the 1% who if I didn’t know any better I would say they think they have some kind of dirty secret that gives them leverage against justice) .

Let the people occupy Wall Street until their moral conscience can endure in peace without having to take to the streets. Let them truly realize well being. Let them be free from the crushing cycles of debt where no mans world turns with out losing everything in order for him to try to gain something that is already accounted as gone.

Let us be saved from the wolf in sheep's clothing, from the cruel demonic logic with a reason for you to stop thinking.

Be apart of a movement connected to what TRULY moves the heart not what is a stagnation of units/people made to meet the cosmetic needs of spread sheets.

And finally let the upright live upright not under the code of financing one more personal failure.
