Forum Post: Corporations should not have constitutional rights

We need to challenge corporate claims to constitutional rights, such as 'corporate personhood' and corporate claims to free speech rights that undermine the common good.

Absolutely. Corporate constitutional rights is incompatible with popular sovereignty (it precludes the people from regulating an aspect of government power). That means it is actually counterrevolutionary. Sad that our elite has managed to literally reverse the gains of the American revolution right under our nose.
