- Senate Elections:
- All elections are local in nature and all registered voters can only vote for the senators from their state. The candidate’s campaign money should only come from their State and nowhere else. No outside influence should outweigh the people of a particular Senators state collective voice.
- All registered voters of a State may participate. All corporations, Unions, Special interests, Pac’s, 501c’s may participate. Again one person one vote. One maximum donated amount and one state and district to register this donation. Just as all registered voters. This is free speech and no one’s speech is louder than anyone else’s. All legal entities and voters may donate and or vote in their place of legal residency equally and have influence in their place of residency.
a. Rules for the Corporations, Unions, Special interests, Pac’s, and 501c is will be that they participate just as a registered voter in the United States. They may contribute up to the maximum that is set for each election in the state and district that their headquarters are located in. Must adhere to all laws that apply to the registered voters of the state and district of their headquarters for one time maximum donations.
b. They must have a full time fully staffed headquarters to donate.
c. They must be a U.S. company i. Personnel opinion my answer to the Corps, Unions, etc. to the matter of voting. Is that every registered voter of Corporations, Unions, Special Interest groups, Political party affiliation get to vote in whatever state they live in.an advantage that a registered voter doesn’t have. The individual voters arms, legs, head, of an individual can’t vote in other states or vote more than once. - Senate Elections would have a maximum contribution cap that is based on the idea of one person one vote. This cap would be set in a range that is voted on by the people of the state as a maximum one time (total) cap for that election. The basic guidelines would be based on the average income of that states populace after average living expenses is taken out. This maximum amount must take into consideration the other respective major elections of their state (Congressional, Governor, State Senate, State District). This contribution could be given yearly to be banked under your name to vote for the candidate of your choice at the party of your choice. Or banked individually to be used directly for a candidate of their choice during that election year for their choice. This donated money will be tax deductible at the time of donation. a. Example: a fair amount voted on by the people of Washington is set for the average income of say $46,000.00 is (Senate $75.00yr., Congressional $100.00yr, Governor $100.00yr, State Senate $75.00yr, State District 75.00yr) for a total of $425.00 a year. This money must be donated to each election at no more than the maximum of year’s allotment for each election. A Federal Senate election is every six years that individual could donate yearly to the party of his choice for that upcoming election or put it in their saving until the election year at which time they may donate the full $450.00 to the candidate of their choice. b. This would return are Senators to their individual states populous. If they want re-election and the vote and money to be re-elected they have to earn it in their state. All election campaign money for the presidential election must be used for campaigning purposes in the state of origin of the donation and to follow all the state election board laws as to maximum allowable contribution level set by that body. They work for us.
CORPORATE BLACK BOX VOTING STEALS OUR DEMOCRACY Many people still do not understand that black box voting is insecure, and the central reason 2000 and 2004 elections likely went to the loser. No doubt in my mind, election reform is what we need to solve the problem of 99% being unrepresented.
