Silent protests are actually VERY powerful, and I think OWS should do one. It will emphasize how peaceful our protests are, and the NYPD's abuse in power. I've seen one were every protester has their mouth taped shut (In this situation, it can be taped with a dollar bill) and the protesters are holding onto a long rope, connecting everyone together, or theyre all linking arms. Or something along those line. I think it will be very cool, and will get a lot of attention.
It's a good idea. Cheap and effective. Could be done everywhere on the same day. What a photo op.
