Ok, so that is about as insane as something could be. The fact she is even on that stage is about as pathetic as something could be.
We've got a two person race on the D side, no one is sure why the other two are even on there. And with one of the horses clearly understanding where he falls on the power scale and stating an allegiance, its pretty clear this is one big hoopla.
On the other side, they took the opposite approach. Fill the stage with as many clowns as possible. And then when the stage is too filled, why stop there!! Just get another stage and fill that one too!! Holy fuck what a shit show.
So here we are. More power has been consolidated into the Feds since the election, further negating the function of local elections. The people "held their nose and voted for Obama" in 2012, and man does time fly. Another election right around the corner.
Are we simply getting what we deserve at this point? Isn't a representative democracy suppose to be a lot more work than this?
