Forum Post: Class warfare ...we are loosing

Over the last 30 years the top 1% income rose 275 percent. The rest of us are still making 12 bucks an hour. If our economic system is to continue then we must increase wages so we can buy the stuff that the 1% are making. I think we are heading for a big disaster if we don't clean this up. We must tax the rich and provide more essential services so that the disposable incomes of the rest of us can have purchasing power and keep this moving along. It's all in the numbers and they just don't add up. I give it maybe 5 more years- then were screwed. Probably a civil war or something like that.
