A Corporation is not a person equivalent to a human person. It is a creation of the state and has less rights than a human person.

The stakeholders of a Corporation are its customers, employees and shareholders.

Corporate executives should not be members of the Board of Directors but are employed by the Board on behalf of the stakeholders.

Failed executives (those that are fired by the Board of Directors) should be given a "fair" severance pay but not a "Golden Parachute".

Corporations should not expect to live "on the dole" and exceed their useful lives by subsidies from taxpayer money. Like all things earthly corporations a born, live (hopefully fruitful lives), and when they can no longer compete on their own, they die.
