Forum Post: Capitalism Victimizes Mothers in NJ

Dozens upon dozens of women have written letters to Judge Lawson (assignment Judge in Monmouth Courthouse) to beg for relief from the biased and dangerous Judge Paul Escandon.

Judge Lawson has done nothing. As a group of mothers in a county of New Jersey where it is known that the men predominantly work on Wall Street and have political connections and money affording them whatever they ask for in Family Court in front of this corrupt Judge, we were forced to hire a Civil Rights Attorney and file an impeachment petition.

We believe that these Wall Street husbands have found a way through their attorneys to pay off Judge Escandon in Monmouth County Courthouse and gain custody, property, all of the marital assets and in many cases, have their former wives locked up under false allegations of harassment and other bogus charges.

Governor Christie's office has heard from over 80 women—all with civil rights violations against them by Judge Escandon and their Due Process denied.
