Fellow members of our movement,

It is clear that the time has come to work towards defining an intellectual foundation that supports the formation of an initial actionable demand or set of demands that will be a first victory for the people by having broad, popular support.

There have been various ideas and lists presented such as this one: http://coupmedia.org/occupywallstreet/occupy-wall-street-official-demands-2009

However, I think it is incredibly important that we research these proposals and any others that are of interest to you (and hopefully including ideas from across the political spectrum) by collecting references, articles, critical analysis, and polls to determine what political actions have the support of, perhaps not 99% of Americans, but maybe 70 to 80%.

If you would like to work with me on creating a comprehensive document/site/wiki that collects these sources, organizing the information, and possibly demanding nationwide polls when necessary- please let me know! Any comments, assistance, or ideas on the best way to make this happen would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Wags
