The SpaceX Dragon capsule returned to earth after successfully delivering a payload to the ISS. NASA contributed funds to a private company to make the capsule, which it did more cheaply and in less time that what the government is capable of. This is the model that the government needs to follow. Private contracts for public services. When done properly, it can be a solution to much that ails this nation.
