I am not a troll. Just came on the 10 o'clock news, that they left the park and will not be back only for day time meetings.

Anything more about the lawsuit against the city to try and change rules about camping their overnight? Probably not if they went home...

that is still wrapped up in court, but might be thrown out. The 80 or so arrested started to appear in courth the last few days though

They haven't called it quits. They were not allowed to remain in the park, and are filing a lawsuit against the city because of that.

yup, as they were packing up u-haul they actually spoke to the news and said they are just going to leave and few of them will make the trip here to oakland. They also had local lawyers on who said most likely it will be tossed out of court for camping in park, but the judge will say that they are free to use it as a meeting area from dawn till 10 30pm or so.

According to the local rag, the Sacramento Bee, there have been around 80 arrests in Ceasar Chavez park since the protests began shortly after O Wall Street. I can't say for sure whether or not they officially called it quits tonight, but it has remained at less than 100 people occupying at any one time.

Just came on headline wrap up on the 10 o'clock news, I live in Oakland an get bay area and central valley news, and they have pictures and statements that they will not continue to camp at the park, but will meet daily. Some might come to Oakland but most said they can not make the trip out here
