Not no - but Hell no. This moron said if a burgler is outside your house shoot your shotgun into the air to scare them away. How moronic is that statement.

Apparently this ass doesn't know anything about laws when it comes to dealing with firing firearms in a populated area.

Just think if we were having a national emergency - he would say "just fire a few missiles into the air, that will stop the threat.
