Why, the people, haven’t voted all of these political leaders out of office who have a pattern over the years of voting strictly in favor of corporations over the average American. The Supreme Court, with these unelected justices need term limits, too. We need to demand these things! This is not about Republican, Democrat or Independent. It’s not about race. It’s about money and excessive greed by corporations. It’s about power hungry political leaders who are corrupt in their behavior, bought by the highest bidder. This is beyond criminal and goes against any form of integrity a public official should have. Our elected leaders seem not to care about the people who voted them in office, if so; they would have long ago enacted laws that benefit hardworking Americans. Yet, “We the People,” complacently accept the current and past behavior of these so-called political leaders by doing nothing. We, are also to blame. Make informed choices, get involved, get others involved. Spread the word. We have more access & power to make these changes via the internet, email, twitter, etc.
this is old news and old screed. it would go best in a long thread titled "random screeds. "
Show me a politician who is not rich and doesn't take corporate funding and ill vote for him. Show me a candidate who turned 35, came right out of a middle income stratification with good ideas and a decent education with tons of debt, a hard working background, and still will not take a bribe.
I will vote for that man or woman!
I know he will have our interest and the interest of our country at heart.. Because he stepped out of the shitter and chose to help us all.
