Forum Post: Be careful in the subways!

I support your movement and I'm happy to march with you, but if anyone is planning to commit civil disobedience within the subway system please reconsider. Given recent service cuts, even mid-afternoon trains are crowded, and nothing engenders panic quicker than a scuffle on a subway platform. Not to mention the risk of alienating second shift workers who are just trying to get to work. So go easy. That being said, God bless you all. Thanks for what you've done; you've made New York City a better freer place to live.

I agree. Completely awful idea. The 1% does not go near the subways, it is going to be the 99% going to work and school.

I see it as a sure fire way to loose more support from the real 99%.

Personally I have to agree. I think the subway plan is a bad idea, although I am curious as to how it's going to play out. I'll be watching and hoping it doesn't backfire in a huge way (which is what I suspect will happen).

This subway idea is really awful considering the time of day and the fact that kids are riding it home from school at that time. NOBODY who works on Wall St is on the subway at that time. It's kids coming home from school. Do everyone a favor and don't fuck up a kid's ability to get home from school.

Because the fat, TV-addicted, suburban pigs who live in Jesusland aren't here, that's why...
