If your not Bankrupt yet, still got good credit, but your walking away from your mortgage, once you do that your credit rating is shot. So don't go away empty handed, apply for as many credit cards with as large a credit limit as you can get, get cash advances on all of them just as your ready to walk away. Then declare bankruptcy.
