Some on here are getting a little confrontational. I know you may be use to this if you have done forum warrioring before. You are not trying to win a debate here, you are trying to fix your govt because your politicians refuse to. Stay respectful. These people, not even the "outsiders" or "non believers" are your enemy. Try to make them your friends. Tell them what we are about without insulting what they believe if you can at all help it.

We are left leaning. That is to be expected. The left has been more willing to join us than the right making us left heavy. Because of propaganda and that we are going against corporations, this threatens the Ideology on the right. They still are tied up in the old way. One side is right one side wrong.

Court people on the right if you can. Doing this will bring us more to the center. We are our strongest in the center. Lose your Ideology. We are not politicians, we are people that are trying to fix the government. You Ideology is worthless here and frankly no one cares about it. Its all a bunch of BS.

Be a person and think for yourself. See the people here for what they are....people that have different views. Try not to use labels on you or others besides 99% and the label for our whole group. Labels divide people.

You do not live in the United States of Me. You are not going to get everything you want. You are going to get some of what you want, if we are successful. Stop being greedy learn to give and take. It is your job to make sure that what comes of this is to the benefit of ALL Americans not just the group(s) you identify with. This is not work if you do not learn that democracy is one big compromise.

Try to listen to the other side and what they have to say. Debating taxes con and liberals? I will save you both the trouble. You are both right and both wrong. Yes in many cases the middle class pays a higher effective rate. Yes the rich pay more in dollars. Its an unwinable debate for both sides. A paradox if you will. Instead concentrate on that the system needs to be fixed or redone. Find this common ground and discuss. This is how you get somewhere in compromise.

One more thing. I see a lot of debate and suggestions on what to fix in the system. You should be focusing on fixing the system. If a machine keeps kicking out parts that are broken, you have to fix them( we will assume you can). Or you could fix the machine, solve the problem and then just fix what the machine messed up so far which is A LOT less work.

Concentrate on fixing the machine. Your ideas should focus mainly on doing this. The main thing you want to do here is get rid of the influence of money on politicians and make them listen to their people. It can be done. Then we can use the government to make many of the changes instead of everyone standing out in the cold, rain and sleeping in tents.

I agree, we need to be careful about the way we're communicating. If we can respond positively and without aggression to people who disagree with us, we will have made an impression and perhaps that will aid in a change in their perspective over time. By making this or that group into "bad" people, we're really doing ourselves a disservice ultimately. We all are interconnected even if the way in which we are connected is not completely apparent. The only way to change people's minds and hearts is to keep talking to them and be respectful and logical while doing so.

I for one am trying to keep an open mind and remain flexible to ideas and possible solutions, I don't consider myself a Democrat or a Republican or any other label. Perhaps to have any progress we all need to let go of the whole Democrat vs Republican thing and simply think about what is best for us as humans and for the planet we live on. Let's stop playing these games and getting mad at people because they don't play the game on the same side. Let's try to eliminate sides altogether. If we could focus more on provable facts and get away from over-emotional, over-reactional responses I think we will do much better.

Very well said, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 10% Management Group of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves. Consequently, I have posted a 1-page Summary of the Strategic Legal Policies, Organizational Operating Structures, and Tactical Investment Procedures necessary to do this at:
